The ever cheery 2003 FIA Top Fuel Champion Smax Smith. It's excellent news to hear that Smax is confirmed as running at least the first part of the 2004 FIA Top Fuel tour. Let's hope that confirmation will be forthcoming for the rest of the season giving him the best possible chance to defend his title.
