Watch Out! There's a Coronet About!

Mick Payne made a welcome return to Santa Pod in his blown Dodge Coronet. He entertained us with a sizzling burnout and then pulled one of the biggest wheelie sequences for a long time. In fact, it was when I could count each and every one of Mick's fillings that I thought the better of standing there and took a step back. Esteemed colleague and Eurodragster.com photographer, Roger Gorringe, took no such action! He was stood immediately to my left and remained valiantly rooted to the spot and never flinched as Mick's Coronet crunched into the wall at the precise point he was standing.... That makes about 12 inches of concrete between the Coronet and potential Jam-butty candidate, Roger! I think it's called 'Big Balls'...
